Important Ordering Information

Donuts are available Tuesday to Sunday, with a rotating selection Tuesday to Thursday, and our full selection Friday to Sunday. Please see our Monthly Menu for flavours.

Donuts are available for walk-ins every day, and for pre-order for store pick up at 327 Carlaw Avenue for Friday to Sunday.

Pre-Orders become available on the website each Monday until Thursday at 4pm for the upcoming weekend. For pre-orders more in advance or different days please email us at hello@donuterie.ca.

Most of our flavours are ready by 9am and our full selection will be ready by 10am each day. Pre-orders on our website will be ready for store pick anytime after 10 am on the specified day.

If you would like to order donuts for pick up prior to 10am please email hello@donuterie.ca to confirm if this is possible before you place your order. Please let us know when you would like them and what you plan on ordering and we can get back to you.

We are currently not offering delivery as we are updating our delivery options. We are working on making some delivery options available again soon.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the organization and lead-times required to plan and make our donut batches we cannot offer cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed. If there is an issue with your order please contact us at hello@donuterie.ca.
